A Seattle native, Daniel Higgins has completed studies in environmental horticulture, landscape architecture and endless related subjects. He has served the industry in many volunteer capacities including as the President of the Washington Association of Landscape Professionals and as a founding member of the Washington Green Industry Council. He is certified by the Washington Nursery and Landscape Association as a Certified Professional Horticulturist and is a Certified Landscape Technician. He is the senior landscape designer and personally oversees all projects for Evans Creek.
Claire Higgins is a tireless garden creator. Her talent in accent design graces many client gardens. These accents include container gardens, outdoor furniture selection, garden art and a vast knowledge of perennials and annuals and the roles they play. Her personal garden received a prestigious award from the Seattle Times. She has given many tours to members of local garden clubs as well as the University of Washington Arboretum Association.
Our staff of field personnel are thoroughly professional, uniformed, highly trained and knowledgeable. Among our staff are Certified Landscape and Irrigation Technicians and Certified Professional Horticulturists. We highly value on-going education and our staff members regularly attend classes and seminars to further our knowledge base.
