Design – Build: Evans Creek

This project was located on the Sammamish plateau .  As you enter the property you are greeted by rolling lawns. We renovated the garden bed areas at the front of the home. Around the back of the home the clients wanted a place where they could entertain family and friends. This included designing and building a beautiful bluestone patio with a lovely sitting wall capped with flamed bluestone. We then added an outdoor bbq area. The cover was created from clear cedar and was painstakingly made to get just the right angles a beautiful bronze glass was used as the cover to protect the area from rain. Granite counter top was installed, along with high end outdoor fridge and wolf bbq. Lighting was installed throughout the property and irrigation was updated. Container gardens were placed on the new back patio space. And custom made steel trellises were placed along the back side of the house to create interest to the blank wall.
